This three bedroom condo is located in a quiet setting in Captiva Bay. Captiva Bay is a five year old 48 unit complex located on 85th street in Ocean City, Md. This complex entails three parking spaces for each unit, a rooftop pool with expansive sundeck and a private 200ft pier. With being one block from the beach and right on the bay this complex is the best of both worlds. Our unit #301 is a spacious end unit with great views of the bay and the ocean. This condo is approximately 1400 square feet with three bedrooms and two bathrooms.

When you walk into this condo, you will be amazed at the beautifully muraled walls in the foyer and down the hall. The first bedroom has a pyramid style bunkbed with a tv and vcr. The second bedroom has a queen bed also with a tv and vcr. Both of these bedrooms have a great view of the ocean. The third bedroom, considered the master, is located at the other end of the unit right off of the family room. This bedroom has a king size bed and it own set of sliding doors leading out the huge wraparound porch. This room has its own tv and vcr. This bedroom also has a beautiful master bathroom with a jacuuzi tub and muraled walls. The main bathroom is a good size and is located in the main hallway right across from the first two bedrooms. This condo also has a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer. The big kitchen has everything thing you'll need to feel at home. The kitchen directly overlooks the eating area and the family room. The family room is very spacious with a tv,dvd and vcr. There is also a fireplace for those cold weeks in the off season. There are a total of four sliding glass doors leading out to the huge wraparound porch and also leading into a screened in eating area. This unit is equipped with central air conditioning. This condo also has wireless internet access and free local and long distance calling. Too much to list.....You love every minute of your stay.
